Jeannine Kaiser is Managing Partner of 2Go Advisory Group’s Recruiting and Talent Acquisition Division. Jeannine has extensive experience in finding hiring solutions for companies, spanning from large public companies to private startups in a wide array of industries.
Jeannine started her career in the staffing industry after graduating from the University of San Francisco with a degree in Organizational Behavior and Development. She quickly progressed from an Account Executive to Area Director. Her staffing experience covers many industries, spanning financial institutions, industrial manufacturing, medical manufacturing and high-tech companies and their staffing needs.
Looking for a new challenge, Jeannine shifted from the staffing industry to work with several startup companies. She played a major role in the strategic planning and hiring of a skilled team of employees needed for their success. Her experience working with startup companies sparked her desire to launch her own company. Jeannine combined her skills in learning and development and executive coaching and began her own company, working with clients on talent acquisition and professional development, creating seminars to teach communication and relationships skills. She understands what it takes to start a company and grow it from the ground up.
Finding the right talent for a company takes both an in-depth ability to understand the position, the company’s culture, and an understanding of how this role will help the company achieve its goal. Jeannine combines this knowledge with her ability to ask expansive questions of candidates to uncover their skills, training and experience and their career aspirations at a much deeper level. Jeannine’s extensive training as a relationship and executive coach gives her an edge to dig deeper and read between the lines to obtain a better understanding of both the company’s and candidates’ needs and desires. Her focus is to make a phenomenal talent match for both parties.
Jeannine volunteers her time working with high school and college students who seek guidance and understanding about how their interests, passions and natural abilities relate to a career choice and selecting a college major.
