Lisa helps tech companies unlock the power of their people. With a 30-year career at the intersection of technology and talent, she brings a rare ability to design forward-looking talent solutions while rolling up her sleeves to make them work in real time.
She’s seen firsthand how rapid hire-fire cycles can drain resources, erode culture, and stall innovation.
While many companies chase new hires as their primary talent strategy, Lisa helps them optimize the talent they already have by realigning skills and business goals, accelerating leadership development, and building internal mobility pipelines that reduce churn and amplify engagement.
That makes expensive hiring decisions a selective lever, rather than the go-to solution, and her strategies have saved companies more than $10 million, while sparking innovation and helping teams grow stronger from within.
Lisa’s career includes leading global talent functions for major multinationals, where she onboarded nearly 100,000 employees and drove culture-change initiatives to hire, develop, engage, retain, and optimize workforces across continents. As Principal Advisor at Talent Alchemist, LLC, she partnered with high-growth mission-driven organizations of 5 to 500 people to scale their teams (up AND down), build leadership bench strength, and create agile, future-ready organizations.
Today, as a Partner with 2Go Advisory Group, Lisa brings that expertise to scaling businesses as a fractional People Leader focused on high-value Talent Strategy Officer (CTSO). She works alongside founders, executives, and boards to deliver integrated solutions across hiring, engagement, retention, and workforce optimization (HERO), ensuring companies can grow without losing momentum or their best people.
Currently pursuing an MA in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Lisa combines academic insight with decades of practical leadership. Her sweet spot is helping companies turn their people strategies into growth engines, while fostering workplaces where employees thrive and businesses scale sustainably.
She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and volunteers with Trinity Center and Joybound. She lives in the San Francisco Bay Area with her husband, two teenagers, and a spunky pug named Charlie.
