Anthony is a third Generation Construction Professional with over 30 years of experience in executive management including time as a Chief Executive / President and 20 years of construction management and development. His Executive and back-office experience includes cash flow management, establishing banking relationships, operational readiness, development of company organizational graphs, modernizing policies and procedures, software migrations, logistics, launches, and upgrades, payroll management, benefits management, tax strategies, G&A review and streamlining, credit management, vendor relations, legal interfacing with counsel, and sales strategies for sustained growth. His construction-related experience includes Development, entitlement, funds control, and rehabilitation and restoration of exterior building envelopes.
His management of construction projects comprises over 11,000 Units of High-Density Apartments and Condominiums, 5,300 units of Medium Density Row Houses / Cluster Homes, and 7,700 Single Family Homes in the State of California. Mr. Froyd has also spent a significant amount of time in the last decade working with law firms and insurance companies to evaluate construction contracts to identify and resolve disputes, claims, or conflicts with a focus on risk management and the forensic investigation and examination of all aspects of business contracts to ensure compliance with the agreed-upon terms, conditions, and specifications. Mr. Froyd has a thorough understanding of the contractual obligations, industry standards, and legal frameworks governing construction projects including the requirements for insurance coverage and completion of project scheduling.
