Rodelyn “Lyn” Lumbao is a Controller with 2GO Advisory Group, where she works with start-ups, fast growing and mid-market companies to build disciplined, scalable accounting functions that support better decisions and confident growth. She brings more than two decades of hands-on experience across companies in staffing, logistics, e‑commerce, investment services, and medical device companies to name a few, with a focus on businesses navigating rapid change, acquisitions, and system upgrades.

Lyn leads end-to-end accounting operations for clients—including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, treasury, general ledger, and month-end close—while designing reporting and controls that meet board, investor, and audit expectations. Her experience and responsibilities include managing both US based and offshore teams. She has a track record of improving accuracy and efficiency by implementing and migrating core systems, such as moving organizations from QuickBooks to Sage Intacct and deploying integrated staffing, payroll, and billing platforms.

Her toolkit is hands-on and versatile, spanning Sage Intacct, QuickBooks (Online and Enterprise), Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics GP and SL, QAD, Sage Fixed Assets, and artificial intelligence (AI) software, which she uses to untangle complex reconciliations and multi-entity reporting. Before joining 2GO Advisory Group, Lyn grew her career in progressive roles as Controller, Senior Accountant, and Supervisor, often being the person leaders turned to when processes needed stabilizing, financials needed cleaning up, and accounting teams needed a steady, mentoring presence.

Lyn earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, concentrating in Corporate Financial Management, from San Jose State University. She’s recognized for her integrity, collaborative spirit, and calm, solutions-focused approach to tackling complex financial and operational challenges. When she’s not working, you’ll often find her biking, playing pickleball, or traveling with her husband and son.
