Dr. Hamlin is certified for global governance by Harvard University and by the National Association of Corporate Directors in the U.S. In addition to serving on more than 15 boards, she has four decades of governance consulting experience in 54 countries, as she oversees global governance programs, including board evaluations, professional certification and training, creation and management of Board Bona Fide®,a global registry of qualified directors.
