Mwape Chalansi-Jokic is Director of Operations at 2GO Advisory Group, where she partners with C-suite leaders to address complex business challenges through strategic, integrated operational support that drives growth and enhances organizational performance.

Since joining 2GO Advisory Group in 2015, Mwape has led operational initiatives and supported recruiting efforts, giving her a strong perspective on both internal systems and talent needs. She brings years of experience in operations, recruiting, and client support across advisory, reflecting a mix of strategic leadership, relationship building, and hands-on execution in research, management, and international professional environments. At 2GO, she helps drive efficient operations and supports the firm’s flexible, client-focused advisory and recruiting model.

In her recruiting work, Mwape is known for helping candidates articulate their strengths and navigate career decisions with clarity and confidence. She brings a thoughtful, discerning approach to identifying high-potential talent and matching people to opportunities across finance and accounting, as well as broader business functions that support growth.

With a career spanning operations, recruiting, and executive support, Mwape brings a global perspective shaped by her experiences in the United States, China, and Africa. Her approach is grounded in analytical rigor and a strong commitment to helping individuals and organizations succeed.

Mwape began her career with 2GO Advisory Group as a Research Analyst, where her capabilities were quickly recognized and expanded across operations and recruiting. Over time, she has played a key role in strengthening internal processes, supporting leadership, and connecting top talent with client organizations, with a consistent focus on service, collaboration, and cross-functional alignment.

Mwape holds a Master’s degree in International and Development Economics from the University of San Francisco, where her research examined the impact of social capital on educational outcomes in Zambia. She also earned a dual degree in Economics and Political Science from Missouri Valley College.
