Jennifer Robertson is a dynamic HR executive driven by innovation and growth, currently based in Tucson, Arizona. With a rich background spanning over 25 years, she has led transformative HR initiatives across diverse industries, including start-ups, technology, hospitality, life/data science, banking, and food processing. Jennifer is renowned for her ability to develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies that align with organizational objectives, particularly within high-growth environments. 

Specializing in change management, Jennifer excels in building and optimizing people processes from inception to execution. Her expertise encompasses strategic HR planning, project management, onboarding, leadership and executive coaching, labor relations, and compliance. 

Throughout her career, Jennifer has held impactful senior leadership roles. Notably, as AVP of HR & Talent Management at Vantage West Credit Union, she spearheaded a remote team, achieving remarkable reductions in turnover and enhancing leadership engagement through innovative development and performance programs. Her strategic implementation of technology platforms for performance management, onboarding, and assessments, alongside her initiation of the organization’s inaugural diversity, equity, and inclusion structure, exemplifies her commitment to progressive HR practices. 

As Director of HR at Critical Path Institute, Jennifer pioneered the organization’s first HR strategy, systems, and programs, and expanded talent acquisition efforts into Europe. At the Bohemian Club, she oversaw HR operations for a large workforce, revolutionizing recruitment strategies, union and labor relations, and HRIS/ATS/onboarding systems.

Jennifer's international experience includes establishing HR functions for a startup in Israel and serving as interim director at an acquired startup during her tenure at Asyst Technologies. 

Jennifer holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership/Change Management from Gonzaga University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration/Human Resources Management from Portland State University. She is recognized as a Society of Human Resources Management Senior Certified Professional, Agile project-management Scrum Master, IDF Certified Executive and Leadership Coach, and a member of the Associated Workplace Investigations.

Beyond her professional achievements, Jennifer enjoys hiking and equestrian activities, embodying her commitment to personal wellbeing and exploration.
