Jen has extensive communications, marketing and senior leadership experience at public and private companies as well as nonprofits. Jen works with early-stage companies as an adviser and investor. She is a Governance Fellow of the National Association of Corporate Directors, a member of the BoardWise advisory team and a member of Women Corporate Directors, How Women Lead and Stanford Women on Boards. She currently serves on the board and executive committee of KQED and the board of Miracle Messages. She previously served on the boards of Watermark and Observer Publishing Company, a 4th generation family-owned media company. She has also served on numerous corporate and nonprofit advisory boards, including the United Nations (UNFPA) Social Media Advisory Council.

Jen is the editor and publisher of Biznology, a digital media platform that focuses on a range of topics that are top of mind for 21st-century leaders dedicated to improving, changing and ultimately transforming their organizations for the future.
